How To Apply?

Step 1
Ensure your eligibility as a small-medium enterprise (SME) in Singapore.

To apply for the PSG grant for HR solutions, your company must meet the following conditions:

  • Is your company registered and operating in Singapore?
  • Is HReasily to be used in Singapore?
  • Does your company have a minimum of 30% local shareholding?
  • Does your company have either an annual sales turnover of no more than S$100M or employ fewer than 200 employees?
  • Are you a new customer of HReasily or intending to deploy our solution to a new location?

If you answered ‘yes’ to all of the above, you may proceed to the next step in your PSG grant application.

Contact HReasily & let us know that you would like to subscribe for our service under the PSG grant.

We have five fixed packages for you to choose from and will guide you along the next few steps.

Submit your PSG Application and wait for approval

Receive an unsigned quotation from HReasily and log into Business Grants Portal (BGP) personally with your Corp Pass to apply for PSG. The approval will take 4-6 weeks, sometimes faster.

Post-Approval, make payment and use our solution for one month

Once your application has been approved, notify your HReasily sales representative that you would like to proceed with payment and onboarding. We will issue the invoice to you and you will make payment for 100% of the invoice value.

Submit your claim to Business Grants Portal (BGP) after one month of HReasily service

Claims can only be submitted after deployment and full payment is made. With the necessary documents submitted, the grant reimbursement will take about 6 weeks from the date of submission.

FAQs

How long is the PSG Grant valid for?

ESG supports companies’ adoption of PSG solutions up to the annual grant cap of S$30,000 per financial year. Eligible companies will have their annual grant cap refreshed at the start of the next financial year.
From 1 April 2023, SMEs can receive up to 50% support for PSG.

Our HReasily PSG solution is for new customers of HReasily only. If you have a new location (e.g. separate outlet, separate branch) that has not used our solution before, you can apply for the PSG for that location.

This grant only applies to annual subscription plans.

This grant has a cap of SGD 30,000 per company per financial year (1 April to 31 March). If you have not reached the SGD 30K limit then you will be able to use the remaining value for HReasily.

Yes, the grant application is based on each company. If you have more than one company, you can apply for the grant for each of your companies.
