2. HReasily Pro: Cross-Company Leave Balance View for Managers (Mobile App)

Managers using HReasily Pro’s mobile app can now view leave balances of their subordinates across multiple companies. This enhancement is especially useful for businesses managing teams across separate entities or legal employers under one group.

Previously, leave visibility was limited to within a single company. Now, as long as a manager has subordinates across entities (with appropriate permissions), their teams’ leave balances are visible in one consolidated view.
This enhancement empowers managers to make informed decisions when approving leave, planning rosters, or managing team performance, no matter where team members are based.

To support more accurate employee records and historical reporting, HReasily now allows users to view Manager and Department assignments based on their effective dates. This update brings two key improvements:
Previously, our platform displayed only the current manager and department values for employees. This made it difficult to trace changes over time, especially for organisations with frequent internal movements or structured performance review cycles.

This streamlined process eliminates the need to update departments separately, reducing admin effort and the risk of inconsistent data entry.

The Custom Report > Employee Report module now includes a new filter: Career Progression Effective Date. This feature enables users to generate reports based on both future-dated and backdated changes to employee records.

Whether tracking promotions planned for a future period or analysing past role changes, this filter provides greater flexibility and precision in reporting.
This improvement is ideal for companies using the platform to plan ahead for salary adjustments, career advancement timelines, or organisational restructuring.

HReasily Pro Thailand now supports Deutsche Bank GIRO as part of its bank integration features. This addition enhances local payroll processing for businesses using Deutsche Bank for salary disbursement in Thailand.
