One run. Not five.

Approved leave, claims and attendance flow into a single run, and that run files direct to IRAS, CPF and MOM instead of sending you round three portals.

The monthly grind

The same week of manual work, every single month.

Payroll is never really one job. It is a dozen small ones stitched together by hand, and every one of them is a place a number can go wrong.

Rekeying hours

The clock says one thing, payroll needs another

Attendance lives in one system and payroll in another, and nothing moves between them on its own. So you export the timesheets, work out overtime and lateness in a spreadsheet, and type the totals back in. Every retype is a chance to fat-finger a figure.

Chasing the data

You cannot close until everyone replies

The run waits on an approver who has not looked at leave, a manager sitting on a pile of claims, and a receipt someone swears they submitted. You are the one pinging people and holding the deadline open. The maths is the easy part.

Five portals, one run

Log in here, export there, upload again

Once the numbers are set, the real slog starts. Generate the CPF file and log in to submit it, do IR8A for IRAS, handle the MOM forms, then build the bank file for GIRO. Every filing is its own login, export and format.

One slip, real consequences

A wrong figure is a person's pay and your exposure

A transposed rate, a missed unpaid-leave deduction, a fund set to the wrong bracket. Any of them lands as an underpaid colleague at your desk or a correction with the authorities. So you check, and re-check, because in payroll accurate is the whole job.

The job

The work was never the maths. It was moving data between systems that will not talk to each other. Connect them once, and a week of manual steps becomes one connected run that files itself.

Payroll, leave, claims and time share a single record, so approvals are already in the cycle when you open it, and the filings and the bank file come out the other side without a portal in sight.

Inputs arrive, not chased

Approved leave, claims and attendance feed the run automatically, so the numbers are ready when you open it.

One run, not five filings

File to IRAS, CPF and MOM direct and pay staff in one upload, instead of a login per statutory body.

Your month-end back

Twenty-plus hours a month off admin, and the reconciliation that ate your week simply stops existing.

What you actually get

Everything the run needs, connected end to end.

Not a payroll calculator with attachments. One platform where time, leave, claims and the employee record all feed the same run.

Nothing rekeyed
Approvals become pay, on their own

Payroll, leave, claims and time share one record, so the moment something is approved it is already in the run. No export, no spreadsheet bridge, no retyping totals.

Statutory submissions go direct to IRAS, CPF and MOM through One-Stop Payroll, and one bank file pays everyone by GIRO. Five logins become one screen.

Questions

For payroll ops, answered

Do hours really reach payroll without me touching them?
Yes. Approved attendance, including overtime and undertime, syncs into the run, so nothing is exported or retyped.
How many portals do I still log in to?
In Singapore, none for IRAS, CPF and MOM. One-Stop Payroll transmits from HReasily, and the bank file covers payment.
What happens when someone approves late?
The run picks the approval up when it lands, so you are not holding a spreadsheet open while you wait on one person.
Can I run several entities in one cycle?
Yes. Entities and markets run together and consolidate, rather than one run per company.
