For eligible Singapore SMEs adopting HR and payroll software. HReasily puts payroll, leave, claims, time and scheduling on one employee record, with CPF, IRAS and MOM compliance built into the product.
Support for SMEs, capped at S$10,000 per application.
Support for non-SMEs, capped at S$6,000 per application.
The most of the project cost that can count toward the claim.
The published time to an application outcome for this activity.
Software costs are supported for up to 12 months. GST and maintenance are not. HR and payroll software sits inside an annual S$30,000 cap for all automation and digitalisation projects, within an overall S$100,000 EDGE cap per company per year. EDGE is reimbursement-based: you pay, then claim, once per application. Disbursement takes about 14 working days by PayNow Corporate, or up to eight weeks by GIRO.
The Productivity Solutions Grant, Enterprise Development Grant and Market Readiness Assistance ceased on 29 September 2026. From 30 September 2026, Singapore businesses apply for one grant, EDGE, administered by Enterprise Singapore.
Three schemes became one. HR and payroll software sits under Automation & Digitalisation as a single-function digital solution.
S$100,000 of grant support per company per year across all activities, resetting every 1 April.
Whatever you claimed under PSG does not reduce what you can claim under EDGE. Even if a competitor’s HR system was PSG-funded, switching to HReasily counts as a new project.
Do not pay us before you submit. An application is treated as retrospective if work has started or any money has changed hands beforehand, and retrospective applications are not supported. Submit first. You may pay after submitting and before approval, at your own risk.
Most HR systems are four systems wearing one login. HReasily holds one employee record, and payroll, leave, claims, time and scheduling are five views of it. Change someone’s salary, approver or cost centre once and every module already knows.
CPF contributions, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and GIRO files produced by the product. Our compliance logic is written per market and kept current, so your team files on time without leaving the platform.
Multi-level approvals, multi-currency claims that land in payroll, and hours that become payslips. Nothing re-keyed, nothing reconciled by hand.
Open a company in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong or the Philippines later and you add it to the same account, with that country’s statutory rules already built in. No second system, no second vendor. Your EDGE claim covers the Singapore entity you are applying for today.
Multi-entity payroll, scheduling, multi-level approvals and reporting, all on one employee record. Claim the support on the Singapore company you are setting up now.
SMEs are eligible for up to 50% business grant support for the adoption of HReasily, a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme.

You pick the solution on SMEs Go Digital and build a package that matches the quotation exactly, then generate a package reference ID through Corppass.
With your own Corppass. A vendor cannot apply or manage the grant for you. You will also need a projection of expected cost savings for the year after completion.
Accept the Letter of Offer, go live, and keep the deployment photo and software identifier for the claim. Pay in full, submit the claim on BGP. The project has 18 months from approval to complete.
Tell us what you run today. We will come back with a quotation scoped to a listed package, the supportable amount in writing, and a walkthrough of the application so nothing in it surprises you.
