Say hello to Riley.

The intelligence we are building into HReasily. Riley reads one employee record, so it can check a payroll run before you approve it and answer a plain question about your workforce without a report builder. And with the HReasily MCP server, your own Claude or ChatGPT can work in HReasily too.

No cost, no commitment, and no date. We will tell you honestly where it is.

Coming with Riley  ·  HReasily MCP server

Your Claude or ChatGPT,
fluent in HReasily.

We are building an MCP server for HReasily. Connect the AI assistant your team already uses, and do what you do in HReasily from there: look up a record, apply for leave, file a claim, prepare a payroll run or pull a report, just by asking.

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard that lets AI assistants work inside the apps you use. One connection, and your assistant can read and act on your HReasily account the way you would.

Your AI assistantHReasily connected

Apply for annual leave on Friday 31 Oct and let my manager know.

HReasily › leave › apply, 1 day, annual

Done. Your leave for Friday 31 Oct is submitted and waiting for Daniel’s approval. You will have 11 days of annual leave left once it is approved.

Now prepare October payroll for Singapore.

HReasily › payroll › prepare draft, Singapore

The October draft is ready in HReasily for your approval. Nothing is paid or filed until you approve it.

Bring your own assistant

Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant that supports MCP connectors, on the account your company already approves.

Your permissions travel with you

The assistant sees and does only what your HReasily role allows. A manager’s assistant sees that manager’s team, not the company.

People still approve pay

Payroll runs, payments and statutory submissions keep the approval step you have today. An assistant can prepare them, not release them.

Illustration of the planned experience. The HReasily MCP server is in development and is not available yet.

Why it can work here

Scattered across five systems,
there is nothing to reason about.

Most HR platforms are four products wearing one login, so their AI is answering questions about data that does not agree with itself. HReasily holds one employee record, and payroll, leave, claims, time and scheduling are five views of it. That is the part that makes the intelligence worth having.

One source to read

Contract, salary, entitlements, approver, cost centre and history, in one place rather than reconciled across four.

Compliance already in the product

Statutory logic written per market and kept current, so an answer about contributions is grounded in the same rules that run the payroll.

A human stays in the loop

Riley surfaces what looks wrong and explains why. Approving it stays with the person accountable for the run.

What we are building

Five phases, in this order.

Each one earns the next. We would rather ship one that works than five that nearly do.

For your people

Zero-wait HR

Nobody waits on HR for a balance, a payslip breakdown or a policy question. They ask, they get an answer, they get on with the day.

For payroll admins

Zero-surprise payroll

The run is read before you approve it, so what you find out on payday is that it went out correctly, not that something slipped through.

For HR leaders

Answers, not exports

Ask the question the way you would ask a colleague and get the number or the chart back, without waiting on a report or rebuilding one in Excel.

The sequence

PHASE 1

Answers for your people

Leave balances, payslip breakdowns and policy questions answered without anyone raising a ticket, with leave and claim forms filled in ready to submit.

  • Round the clock answers on benefits, balances and payslips
  • Statutory lookups checked against the rules we already run, MOM and CPF among them
  • Takes you to the right form and fills in what it already knows

PHASE 2

Wherever your team already works

Riley reachable from the tools people are in all day, Slack, Teams and your own Claude or ChatGPT among them, over open protocols such as MCP rather than one-off integrations.

  • Lives inside Slack, Teams or your own portal
  • An HReasily MCP server, so your own Claude or ChatGPT can work in HReasily
  • One set of permissions, wherever it is being asked

PHASE 3

The run, read before you approve it

Timesheets, overtime and claims scanned before cutoff, while you can still fix what it finds.

  • Pre-payday sweep of timesheets, overtime and claims
  • Flags unusual spikes, duplicate entries and missing deductions
  • Hands you a short summary to clear, like three overtime spikes in one team and one duplicate claim

PHASE 4

Migration that stops being the reason to stay

Messy exports from a legacy system turned into something your record can actually accept.

  • Maps columns and standardises date formats on its own
  • Cleans third-party employee files from older HR systems
  • Merges multi-sheet exports instead of leaving you to do it by hand

PHASE 5

Ask it in plain language

A question asked the way you would ask a colleague, answered from live records.

  • Which department had the highest overtime spend last quarter
  • Answers drawn from live records, not last month's export
  • Charts, headcount breakdowns and turnover trends drawn on the spot
This is direction, not a release plan. Nothing here is dated, generally available, or part of any agreement. It is sequenced but not scheduled, and nothing you buy from us today depends on it. If you join early access we will tell you plainly what is working and what is not.

The deal

What you get, and what we ask.

What you get

First access as each phase becomes usable, at no cost during early access.

A say in what gets built. Early access groups shape the order more than roadmaps do.

A straight answer about where it stands, including when the answer is that it is not ready.

What we ask

Tell us what you would actually use it for, in your words, before we build it.

Try it on real payroll rather than a sandbox, with a human checking the output.

Tell us when it is wrong. That is the whole point of doing this early.

Request early access

Put your hand up.
We will be in touch.

We are keeping the first group small so we can actually listen to it. Tell us how you run payroll today and what you would want Riley to take off your plate.

Already an HReasily customer? Say so in your message and you go to the front of the queue, because you are the one who can tell us fastest whether it works.

Request early access

We reply within one business day.

Riley and the HReasily MCP server are in development. They are not generally available, not dated, and do not form part of any agreement, quotation or subscription. Features described on this page may change or may not ship. Nothing here should be relied on when deciding to buy HReasily today.
